Total Fusion Spa has been part of the broader Total Fusion brand at Newstead. The treatments, the team, and the facility have always been their own thing. The brand presence has not.
The 1 July 2026 relaunch is the moment that changes. This proposal covers the website design and development. Brand standards, content shoot direction, social launch, and other workstreams sit in their own quotes.
Design and development split into separate lines per Sandra's request, so the decision on doing both with LOVR sits cleanly.

Total Fusion Spa is currently onboarding with Dapple as the booking system. We have reached out to Dapple support directly to confirm the supported integration options for embedding bookings on the new site.
The development pricing above is held against the simpler integration shapes (iframe or CNAME). If Dapple only supports a more complex custom integration, we will update the development line accordingly before locking the scope. We will let Total Fusion Spa know the moment Dapple confirms.
Fees exclude GST. Initial instalment required prior to commencement. Remaining payments due against agreed milestones. Third-party costs (CMS subscription, hosting, plugin subscriptions, Dapple integration fees) sit outside this engagement and are billed direct to Total Fusion Spa.
This proposal covers website design and development only. Brand standards, content shoot direction, social launch pack, ad direction, and compliance pass on copy are quoted separately. The shoot guide for Stage 1 was delivered 20 May.
